Caring for Carers Programme: 2025

Do you provide care and support for someone with a mental health diagnosis?

The Caring for Carers programme is designed to help you develop important skills for your caring role while providing a safe space to share with others who understand your journey.

The last programme was such a great success and we received lots of great feedback. The programme has been renewed for 2025, so why not pop along? There's no need to book, just turn up!

Come along to the next session!

What the hub does:

The carers hub will provide families/friends with a safe relaxed space for you to feel understood, listened to and supported.

Each week there is a session to support you in your caring role. This will include building on existing skills to help you improve interactions with the person you care for, support to deal with challenging circumstances and information about services available to you and how to access them.
